YOUR NEXT CHAPTER STARTS WITH A CONVERSATION

A little idea.
A remarkable possibility.

Tell us what you're thinking. We'll bring the questions,
the experience and a fresh perspective.

Your home. Your budget. No obligation.

A LITTLE CLARITY, BEFORE WE BEGIN

Big plans.
Good questions.

Renovating is a big decision. Here are a few things you might be wondering.

Do I need to know exactly what I want?

Not at all. Some homeowners come to us with a clear design; others simply know their kitchen or bathroom isn't working for them. Tell us what you'd like to change, how you use the space and what matters to you. We can start the conversation from there.

Can you work with different budgets?

Yes. We shape the conversation around your budget and priorities, whether you're considering a practical refresh, a mid-range renovation or a more ambitious transformation. The budget bands in our enquiry form help us understand your plans; they aren't fixed prices or minimum project values. Any proposed scope and quotation need to be discussed for your individual project.

Do you sell a fixed range of kitchens and bathrooms?

No. In The Detail is not a manufacturer with a standard product catalogue. Our role is to understand the space and the people using it, help bring appropriate expertise together and coordinate a renovation around those needs. Your project isn't expected to fit a one-size-fits-all package.

Who will carry out the work?

We work with experienced kitchen and bathroom professionals and coordinate the project around the work required. The people, responsibilities, scope and arrangements for your particular renovation are discussed as part of planning, so you know how the project will be brought together.

How long will my renovation take?

That depends on the size and complexity of the work, the products selected and the professionals' availability. Your preferred timeframe is a useful starting point, not a promised completion date. We discuss practical sequencing and expected timescales once the project scope is clearer.

What happens after I send an enquiry?

Your enquiry is securely saved with the details you've provided. We use those details to understand your plans and contact you for a conversation about the next steps. There's no obligation to proceed, and submitting the form doesn't sign you up for marketing.
